Conas a théann sé
When a flood hits an Irish town, the official response is rarely fast. Within hours though, neighbours start hauling soaked carpets, mopping plaster, and stacking ruined furniture. This idea is for organising that informally before the next storm: a phone tree, a list of people with vans, and an agreement that when it happens, the meitheal mobilises automatically. Half the value is the system; the other half is showing up.
